1. Free Shipping:
We are pleased to offer Pan India Free Shipping on order above Rs.899 placed with Blubein Nutrix Private Limited.

2. Delivery Time:

We strive to deliver your orders promptly.
Minimum Delivery Time: 2 to 3 Days.
Maximum Delivery Time: 7 to 10 Days, depending on the location.


3. Returns:

Customers have the right to return products within 7 days of receiving them.
If any product is damaged during transit, customers are eligible for a return or exchange.
To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order.
Please note that the returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.


4. Return Process:

Contact our customer service team via email or phone to initiate the return process.
Provide the order number, details of the damaged product, and any other relevant information.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on shipping the product back to us.


5. Refunds/Exchanges:

Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process a refund or initiate an exchange as per the customer’s preference.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.


6. Shipping Costs for Returns:

If the return is due to a damaged product during transit, Blubein Nutrix Private Limited will cover the return shipping costs.
For other return reasons, customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs.

9. Update to Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
At Blubein, we aim to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience. Please note the following updates to our Cash on Delivery (COD) option:
  • COD is unavailable for orders valued
    • Above Rs. 4500
  • A COD charge of Rs. 49.00 will be applied to all COD orders.
Customers can continue to place prepaid orders using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets.

10. Payment Policy for Orders ₹4500 and Above

To enhance security and streamline transactions, all orders valued at ₹4500 and above must be completed using prepaid payment methods. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for such orders. This policy ensures smoother order processing and minimizes potential payment issues.
