Bodyweight training demands strong joints and consistent muscle control. Since starting magnesium, my muscles feel more relaxed and my recovery between sessions has noticeably improved.

From the founder
10 years in pharma taught me that many wellness products focus more on marketing than formulation. Especially in sleep supplements, the market became crowded with melatonin gummies and shortcut formulas.
So we created a Deep Sleep Stack built on trusted ingredients, proper testing, and the kind of quality we would confidently use ourselves.
Built for the Indian night
It's not just stress. It's the 11pm dinner. The screen until midnight. The AC at 18°C. The cortisol that never fully drops because the city never fully stops.
Western sleep formulas were designed for Western nights. This one wasn't.
We didn't build this for everyone. We built it for the person who has tried melatonin, magnesium, ashwagandha separately and still wakes up at 3am.
We built it for the person whose doctor said "reduce stress" and whose calendar said otherwise.
This is the formula they asked for by buying it.
What's in the bottle
Every ingredient is here because it works. Every ingredient that isn't here, isn't here for a reason.
Clinically dosed actives we chose on purpose.
Ingredients we deliberately left out — and why.
The shortcut we didn't take
When we formulated this stack, the easiest path was to add 3 mg of melatonin. It's cheap. It works fast. Almost every Indian sleep supplement uses it. We didn't — for three reasons.
Supplementing hormones nightly can blunt your body's natural production over time. We chose nutrients and adaptogens that support your own sleep architecture instead.
Many products use 3–10 mg. Research supports far lower doses for sleep onset — and excess melatonin is linked to grogginess and vivid dreams.
Stress, late meals, and screens need a stack — magnesium, adaptogens, and timing — not a single hormonal shortcut.
